1999 PRG Porsche Boxster "Indy"

The Performance Racing Group prepared 1997-1999 2.5 liter, 200 H.P. Boxster “Indy” makes for a great dedicated track day car for any Porsche enthusiast. This car is intended as a track day car and is not built to conform to any sanctioning body rules. Although it might be eligible for NASA’s GTS class.

This car is built by Performance Racing Group’s staff of experienced motorsports professionals. With decades of experience in IRL, Formula 1, Grand Am, IMSA,SCCA, Nascar and NHRA racing, we have the available skills and talents to create driving machine that you will enjoy for years.



The car is lightened up to weigh in at 2700 lbs. Coupled with the light weight, mid engine and a Performance Racing Group tuned suspension, safe, reliable, exciting fun awaits.


We begin by taking weight of the car, removing the following items:


• Convertible top
• All interior trim, insulation or sound deadening materials
• Airbags
• All trim and latches under hood and rear deck
• Rear wing motor
• Door glass, window regulators, and inner door panels
• Passenger
• Production wheels
• Production steering wheel
• Production exhaust
• Production flywheel and clutch assembly
• Air conditioning and radio removed
